From April 21, 2015 it will be a ranking signal. This news came as no surprise as a result of mobile usage is increasing day by day, and having a mobile optimised site provides an improved user expertise when your site is access via smartphone or smaller screen devices.
In the official announcement here, Google mentioned that mobile-friendliness will an official search engine ranking factor. On 21st, April this ranking signal will impact search results which will affect all languages worldwide and get ready to see a big search engine changes in upcoming days.

Now how to answer this question ? Don't worry just follow my simple steps.
First go to Google Mobile friendly test tool you will see a webpage just like below image.
Write your website URL in the box given there and press on Analyze .
After that you may see two types of report like below
If you get not mobile friendly report then its time to hurry to make your site mobile friendly.
You can use responsive theme for support mobile user.
